We charge a “flat rate” shipping fee of £5.00 (£20.00 for Europe) which covers orders of all sizes and weight. Orders received by 1.00 p.m. are processed and shipped the same day using a National Courier service or Royal Mail Tracked 24 postal service. Our Sky Premium Life products are sent with Royal Mail “Tracked 48” postal service. European orders are sent with Evri International courier service. All services come with a Tracking/Reference number.

However, unused and unopened items in their original condition with seals intact may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, less any shipping charges.
